The Architectual Review Committee (ARC) is here to provide guidance and direction within your exterior projects and their needs.  Having a positive experience throughout the process is important to us and whether it's a New Build on a vacant lot or advice for landscape lighting we're here for YOU.  Collaboration in upholding the Desert Mountain vision is key, hence why each project must align & adhere with the intentions of the Design Review Guidelines.   So please take a moment, briefly familiarize yourself with them and feel free to reach out with any questions!
