All Desert Mountain Association and Village Association assessments are billed semi-annually and are due in January and July. Invoices are sent to the homeowner's address on file the month prior to the due date. Payments are due on the first of the month and considered late at the end of the month.

Sign up for Direct Debit (PDF) and have your payment automatically drawn from your checking account semi-annually. With direct debit, the amount debited will automatically update each year.
You can pay your assessment online, but there is a fee if paying with a credit or debit card. There is no fee for an online eCheck payment.
