The black can is for trash and is collected on Friday's. The pink can is for recycle and is collected on Wednesday's. View a list of recyclable items. Cans must be put out very early on day of pickup or the evening before and removed from the street at the end of the day. All other times, cans must be stored in the garage or behind a trash enclosure gate and must not be visible from the street or the neighboring properties.
Please call the homeowners' association at 480-635-5600 so we may identify which box number belongs to you. The HOA can have your mailbox re-keyed for you for a $40 charge, or you can contact an outside Locksmith, and if needed, schedule a meeting with the postal carrier through the Main Post Office on Williams Drive by calling 480-513-2935.
Please remember that all changes/modifications to the exterior of your home must be submitted to Design Review at the Homeowners Association (HOA) office. Due to safety concerns, no overnight parking is permitted on any street in the Community. We suggest your guest(s) park in your driveway. If you need assistance, please contact Security at 480-635-5630. If a Member is hosting a party, all vehicles must be parked on one side of the street, facing the correct direction of traffic so vehicles may pass in a safe manner. Parking in a cul-de-sac at any time is strongly discouraged as these are for emergency vehicle turnaround. All cul-de-sacs with center islands are clearly marked as no parking per the City of Scottsdale.
The assessment fee is due semi-annually on January 1st and July 1st. The assessment is late on the 30th of the month and is subject to a late fee of 10% of amount due.

The Haciendas pool is heated in the winter months to an approximate temperature of 86 degrees. Only one of the Apache Cottages pools is heated in the winter also to approximately 86 degrees.

On a monthly basis the City of Scottsdale has bulk trash pick-up for its residents. This pick-up is explained in detail on the City of Scottsdale website and is for homeowners only and not for vendors.
