Rental Registration

Rental Registration Form (PDF) - If you own property at Desert Mountain that is used for rental or exchange/swapping, please register your home with the Association by filling out this form and returning to the site office. The  rental registration form can be submitted online or printed and forwarded to the site office.

Rental Property Access Form

Rental Property Access Form (PDF) - Because we are a gated community it is important that you communicate your tenant information with our office at least 72 hours before their arrival. This is extremely important in order for your tenants to have access to the community. The rental property access form can be submitted online or printed and forwarded to the site office.

Access Authorization

Access Authorization Form (PDF) - If you hire a property manager or rental agent to manage your home in your absence, you may give permission for that manager to alter your guest list thus allowing the manager to add service people without calling you first. To advise the Home Owners Association of your property manager/rental agent, please complete this form. The  access authorization form can be submitted online or printed and forwarded to the site office.

Desert Mountain Short-Term Rental

Desert Mountain Short-term Home Rentals - If you have a home that you want to advertise on this website to eligible renters, you must complete this form. You will be able to include pictures of your property, pricing, location, restrictions, etc. Eligible renters will be able to view your property to determine if it is a good fit for them. You will negotiate with them directly.
